Noah & Co. is not a typical brokerage that gives new hires a laptop and a list of phone numbers and expects 80% of them to quit in a month.

About the role:

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for all activity and account management within a defined NYC office space submarket. You will oversee tenant movement and office space availability in your assigned territory, and you will use this information to identify, engage, and convert target prospects.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain familiarity with current space opportunities, industry trends, and local market updates
  • Manage the inbound prospect pipeline and provide guidance to both active & prospective clients
  • Develop and implement a consistent regiment of value-first outbound prospecting to engage relevant decision-makers
  • Understand and utilize the internal process platform for client success

Requirements:

  • An active New York State real estate salesperson license (required to obtain during onboarding)
  • Excellent presentation & communication skills; high comfort-level in a client-facing role
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Soft-skill prerequisites: emotional intelligence, motivation, self-regulation, and self-awareness
